I purchased a queen-size IKEA bed and mattress at a recent estate sale and I knew it would be a challenge to disassemble it and take it home in my minivan. I didn’t count on an amazing and resourceful staff that did a much better job than professional movers. Ms. Tia numbered all the pieces for me so I could quickly put them back together at home, and Mr. Bob found the right screw drivers and wrenches and helped with heavy parts. They were able to load everything including the mattress inside the minivan and provided padding to prevent damage to the parts and to the car. I was absolutely impressed. It’s very encouraging to know that there are companies out there that do care about their customers.
