Four Sales Made Our Cross-Country Move Easier

My husband and I were moving across the country and wanted to downsize our belongings before doing so – about 70% of our original household/furnishings. We had thought about managing a moving sale on our own, but decided against it since the stress of relocating across country was more than enough. Several of the companies I spoke to didn’t even want the business unless it was a “true” estate, someone actually dying and the entire household being sold. Daniel and his team were very professional and easy to work with leading up to, the days of the sale and post-sale. We were actually leaving the house on the first day of set-up and they were able to work around us while they were setting up. They were very thorough and methodical in their set-up and we were surprised at how quickly they organized the entire house. They kept me apprised of the progress by sending me daily emails during the sale. And best of all, not only did the sales total exceed our expectations, they were able to conduct the settlement before the estimated deadline! Four Sales definitely fulfills a much needed service in the marketplace for families and empty-nesters wanting to downsize their belongings.
