General Conditions: No Early Birds or pre-sales. Announcements on sale day take precedence over any written, advertised and prior verbal announcements. Not responsible for accidents. Sale hours: Friday 9-3, Saturday 9-3, and Sunday 9-1, unless otherwise advertised. Accessing the sale: Online sign up for numbers for the first day of each event only on our website. See each sale description for an event-specific sign-up link. Be aware that there seems to always be a small percentage of no-shows and that we move through the line very quickly. On subsequent days of the event, access is first-come, first-served in order that people arrive and line up to enter. Payment: Credit card (Visa/MC/Discover/AMEX) or debit card purchases suggested. As always, no credit/debit card convenience fee. Cash and check payment also available. Sales Tax: Sales tax is collected on all purchases, unless a valid resale certificate is presented or on file. Refunds and Returns: The majority of the items we sell are previously owned and all items sold as is, where is. As such, we are unable to offer refunds or returns, except for non-working electronics returned to the sale location within 24 hours of purchase.No refunds or returns. Movers On-Site: While we occasionally have professional movers working onsite for hire, this is not always the case, so please bring your own moving assistance. We are happy to recommend local area small job movers that you can call. Pricing: Due to contractual time limitations, we are unable to provide item pricing until the sale has opened. Once the sale has opened, you are welcome to email us at questions@foursales.com and we will try to answer between customers who have come to the sale. We cannot guarantee that you will receive a response to your price inquiry since we are very busy at our events, but we will do our best. As always, prices are fair and reasonable and our recommendation is to go to the sale location.
