We want to send a note of thanks and let you know how much we appreciate all that you did to make our estate sale successful. We could never have met our move-out settlement deadline without you and your team. Your constant reassurance helped us to not feel overwhelmed during the process and that was a blessing! The proceeds far exceeded our expectations.

The list and prices from the sale were impressive. You kept your promise of clearing out the house and leaving it “broom swept” so it would be move-in ready for our buyer.

We also have been able to relax and enjoy our new lifestyle at the beach. Thanks again for making this major and emotional step manageable and painless.
