There are many benefits of planning an estate sale. Not only does this provide the opportunity to rid your home of clutter, but you can also make a lot of money along the way. Talk about a win-win!

It is safe to assume there are many items in your home that will sell at your estate sale. Conversely, there are other items that are best off being donated. In addition to clearing space for the items that have a better chance of selling, this gives you the opportunity to do good for somebody else.

Many charities that operate in this manner are faith-based.
