All FFL Rules and Regulations will be followed. Call-ins will be done on-site by Pete’s Auction Service, LLC. For EACH gun there is a $13.00 Processing Fee and a $2.00 Call-in Fee for in-state residents and $5.00 for out-of-state residents. (*We will charge this fee for each purchase of 1-3 firearms. No additional fees will be charged for purchases of 4 or more firearms.) We will not accept any Curio and Relic FFLs and two acceptable forms of ID are required per regulations.

Shipping is NOT available for mounts. Pickup in person is required. Some mounts can only be sold to residents of Virginia, ID required. See individual listings. Game Wardens have been in to verify and inspect mounts for sale and paperwork is available on imported animals.
