Daniel Sanders, the owner of Four Sales, worked with us for over 10 months to schedule our sale. We had at least three hiccups in the sale of our home due to a buyer losing his job or buyer financing falling through. Throughout, Daniel stuck with us and when the time came for the actual sale, everything was executed in a very efficient manner.

Mark was the manager of the sale and he accommodated every request we made from protecting the hard wood floors from customer traffic to putting out a flyer to the neighbors to make sure they knew of the sale and had a place to call if there was a complaint.

Sam, with the “Junk It” Company was also very helpful in clearing out all the remaining items from the house before it was turned over to the new owners. In fact, he had to come back the next day after the final walk through to pick up more unsold items. What was surprising is that he did this after another one of our major snowstorms in the Northern Virginia area.

In all circumstances, the Four Sales team went out of their way to ensure that our questions or concerns were politely and respectfully dealt with.

Also and most importantly for the client, the sale brought in more revenue than was expected which always provides for a positive outcome. Specifically, we had an auto to sell and the price received was certainly better than we would have gotten on either Craig’s List or CarMax.

As you can see, we could not have been more pleased with the service we received from Four Sales and therefore highly recommend their services.
