I called to ask whether they go up to Westminster, MD in Carroll county, and ask about the cost for their services. Daniel Sanders answered my call.  He was friendly, helpful and professional.  He said that Westminster is at the edge of their service area — they could go there,  but it’s so far that it would not be cost effective for them or for me.  He suggested I find a company closer to Westminster, and offered to be a back-up if needed. I asked him about the value of Collector Plates, and he gave me helpful information.
