I would like to express my appreciation to the crew who came to pick up my son’s things for charity.  They were incredibly considerate and kind and made a very sad situation seem a little less painful.  They also did a wonderful job of doing everything on their own without any guidance or direction from me which again made it a bit easier.  I very much appreciate their sensitivity and gentleness.  Their expressed desire to donate his things, including things I had included for the trash, made me feel all my son’s belongings would not go to waste and would be appreciated.  I thank the team and the company.
