I am writing this to let you know how pleased I was with our services.  Your help and assistance in helping me “down” size my household was greatly appreciated.  I also appreciated your honesty and candor in the disposing of many of my possessions.  As you are well aware most of your clients think that their possessions are worth way more than they are.  You were very truthful with me from the beginning and this I most truly appreciated.  Yes, we would all love to sell our items at top dollar, but in the end, I was very, very pleased with the over-all results.  Not only did you provide me with some income from the sale, but you provided a much needed service in assisting me to get rid of items that I no long needed or wanted.  I never could have achieved the results that you got if I had to do it by myself.  I would certainly recommend your services to others.
