I recommend this company without reservation. When my sister-in-law passed, I was at a loss for how to empty her house from across the country. Living in Arizona and trying to resolve all of the logistics of valuing, selling, donating and discarding a house full of belongings was daunting. Our attorney recommended Four Sales as he had employed them to work on his parents’ estate. This was the best advise I’ve ever received. I cannot imagine how we would have completed this task without them. From start to finish they had a system to work through every process. They had contacts with experts to value coins, gold, silver, stamps, unusual collectables, etc. Can you imagine living in Arizona and trying to ferret out which coin or stamp dealer in Virginia to contact to get reliable estimates for all those things. Four Sales saved me hours of researching vendors, and likely making poor choices of vendors with whom work. After the estate sale, they arranged to pick up, for donation, things of value that did not sell during the estate sale. They had a partner company that removed everything else and swept the place clean.

From the first contact to the last, this company was easy to work with and professional every step of the way. The final report provided a full inventory and price of everything that was sold. The net proceeds from the sale far exceeded my expectations.
