Four Sales provided appropriate personnel for an Estate Sale and clearing of my property in order that I may place it on the market for sale expeditiously.  All items of value in the house were sold at excellent value, and items of value not sold were donated with receipt for tax purposes.  Other items were disposed of and the house was totally cleared and left vacuumed and cleaned.  I was provided comfort and respect by Four Sales staff and management in regard to personal property with important meaning and memory to me.  I realized a significant financial gain without significant effort or time commitment due to the services of Four Sales.

The sale went very well.  I was updated nightly with approximate sales numbers.  I am extremely satisfied with the services provided me.  I was very impressed with Four Sales when I first researched and inquired about estate sale organizations.  I met with a representative and he explained to me the processes and costs for an estate sale contracted by Four Sales.  As I inquired further, all Four Sales staff and management gave me the exact same information, in other words, there was a line of clear and consistent communication within the organization. I was treated with respect and understanding.  The actual staging of the sale was held efficiently and professionally.  I was allowed to observe and question processes.  I was able to make reasonable last minute decisions on things I felt I needed to keep. At all times I felt safe and comfortable with Four Sales personnel in my house.  Most importantly, at all times I TRUSTED  Four Sales personnel.  Four Sales made my difficult and emotional task a smooth, seamless process.  The day the sale ended, I was left with an empty house and a significant financial gain – both my goals accomplished.  Thank You Four Sales.  I may now breathe a little easier and get my house on the market much faster than I could ever have imagined!
